Good to know
Do I need fibre in my street?
No. We connect you with a wireless link from our network, so it works where fibre is missing, slow or unreliable. We check line of sight to your home or building first.
Is there a contract?
You choose: month-to-month, 12 months or 24 months. Longer terms lower the installation fee. If you signed after we approached you, you also have a cooling-off period to change your mind.
What speed will I get?
Speeds are "up to" the package speed. Wireless performance depends on line of sight, weather, power and your own devices, which is why we assess every site before installing.
How do I pay?
Pay each invoice online in your customer portal, by EFT using the invoice number as reference, or by debit order set up on our payment provider's secure form. We never ask for bank details on our forms.
I manage a block of flats. What does it cost the building?
Nothing. We install and maintain the shared equipment at our cost after a free assessment and a signed building agreement. Residents sign up individually, and partner buildings can earn rewards as tenants join.
